Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student home at Milton Hershey School, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is included. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and both completing individual applications. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with Judeo-Christian chapel services and daily devotions. This is a unique, demanding, but rewarding role focused on student success and development.
