Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide care, supervision, guidance, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications require experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and acceptance of a smoke- and alcohol-free campus with weapon restrictions.
