Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and supervision, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, a smoke- and weapon-free campus commitment, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual applications. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- No alcohol permitted while on duty
