Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, on-campus Full-time Flex Houseparents responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
