Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance to groups of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental activities and Sunday chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent role. Required for consideration are a legally married couple (two years or more), both spouses age 27+, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus rules (smoke-free and weapon-free).
