Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential student-home setting. Partners reside on-campus with ~8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, care, routines, medication administration, transportation for activities, daily devotions, and engagement in development and recreation. Transition from nine-on/three-off schedule to placed houseparent. Salary per person around $44,768 plus full benefits and relocation assistance; includes housing, meals, utilities. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses 27+ with at least two years married; separate applications for each spouse must be completed.”,
Required Qualifications
