Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in a student home at Milton Hershey School, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development/recreational planning for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily routines, budgeting/reporting, devotions, and Sunday Chapel participation. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
