Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents duties include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible home-based duties to a placed houseparent role with consistent student groups. Requires a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and ability to meet physical requirements and drive student transport. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training, comprehensive health benefits, and housing/meals provided. Salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus benefits. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Two-person married couple role for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
