Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent couples reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group.
