Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, duties follow a nine-on, three-off cycle across multiple homes with eventual placement into a single student home. Relocation to on-campus housing in Hershey, PA, is provided along with comprehensive benefits and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older; limited to two dependent children in the home. Both spouses must submit individual employment applications for consideration.
