Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) will reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. The role transitions from initial nine-days-on / three-days-off duty to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to on-campus housing, and commitment to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus. Benefits include salary around $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 per couple total), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reside on-campus in student homes
- Willingness to participate in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Committment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
