Job Summary
Provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to living with the same group of students in their own student home as a Placed Houseparent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to become certified to drive student home vans)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
