Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School housing on-campus student homes. The couple will live with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities, along with leading devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle initially, transitioning to aPlaced Houseparent living arrangement with the same student group. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, and candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply.
