Job Summary
Couples-resident caregivers live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and developmental support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and handling budgeting and reporting for the household. After an initial nine-on, three-off cycle, couples transition to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student home. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and on-site housing.
