Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus at Milton Hershey School, living in student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
