Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist two-person role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. As Flex Houseparents, a married couple will reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, mentorship, and supervision for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
