Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications and student wellness, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same students. Qualifications include experience with youth, being in a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a High school diploma or GED.
