Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus to reside in student homes and supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; requires married couple eligibility, age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Two-spouse, married-for-at-least-two-years requirement
