Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions, oversee budgeting, and advance students' academic, emotional, and social development. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
