Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist for a two-person, married-couple role as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; role progresses to Placed Houseparent with continued live-in duties in a student home.
