Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist for two-person Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial nine-on/three-off schedule with transition to placed houseparent in same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA required with full-time benefits and housing included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person, married-couple eligibility as the role is for couples
