Job Summary

Two-person, married-couple opportunity serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a large student group. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from initial Homeparent duties to a Placed Houseparent while maintaining consistent care for the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies. Relocation support is provided. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth
  • Two-spouse or two-person role
  • Legally married for at least two years
  • Both spouses age 27 or older
  • No more than three dependent children in home
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
  • Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel attendance (proselytizing prohibited)
