Job Summary
Two-person married-couple position as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus homes in North Arlington, NJ (relocation to Hershey, PA required) and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting and engaging students in activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-spouse partnership (both spouses at least 27 years old), a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with a campus-wide commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free environment.
