Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. The role requires a married couple (27+ years old, with up to three dependent children) on a nine-on/three-off schedule during initial placement, relocation assistance provided, and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Enjoy mentoring and supervising youth
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
