Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines, medications, transportation to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially support multiple homes on a nine-on, three-off rotation, with eventual placement in a single student home.
