Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role for married couples) reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive to activities, plan/develop developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a 9-on/3-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Positions require a high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and pass safety/eligibility requirements. Relocation assistance is provided. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO, and housing/meals on duty. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse marital status and two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- No more than three dependent children reside in student home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
