Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initially on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students; relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, comfort with Judeo-Christian chapel services, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Located in Hershey, PA and Minersville, PA.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
