Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting/household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and evolves into a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training.
