Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples living on campus, responsible for supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students, overseeing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel participation, budgeting and reporting, and building a supportive, family-like home environment. Candidates should bring experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and readiness to relocate to Hershey, PA; both spouses must apply and be at least 27 years old, with a two-year marriage minimum. The role includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
