Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes (9 days on duty, 3 days off) to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Positions begin with rotation across student homes and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
