Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex to Placed Houseparent while living with the same student group. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and on-campus housing and meals during duty periods.
