Job Summary
Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions to a Placed Houseparent role with ongoing responsibilities in a single student home. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required

- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
