Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) at Milton Hershey School will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and may transition to a placed houseparent within the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
