Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in assigned homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a legally married status for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older.

- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
