Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide medications, coordinate schedules, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent while following a nine-on/two-off duty cycle. The position offers on-campus housing, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and requires a high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years. Located in Wilkes-Barre, PA with relocation to Hershey, PA as part of the program; applicants must complete individual applications separately for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage (legally married for at least two years)
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
