Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, residing on campus to supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires married couple, ages 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, relocation to Hershey, PA, and benefits including housing, meals, insurance, retirement options, PTO. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- 1 dog of approved breed and fish allowed
- Two-person role for couples
