Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, drive students to activities, lead devotions, oversee budgeting, and coordinate activities. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits available. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must apply. Salary: $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple with benefits)
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
