Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent positions on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students, including supervising daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel. Role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
