Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years, ages 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
