Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person, legally married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising ~8–13 students, providing guidance, care, supervision, and developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
