Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are hired to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on‐campus student homes to supervise 813 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and coordinate daily routines, medications, and transportation to activities. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a path to the Placed Houseparent position living with the same group of students. Responsibilities include mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 per couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and paid training. Qualifications require youth-related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the two-year married-spouses requirement with both spouses aged 27+, among other campus and safety commitments.
