Job Summary
Two-person married couple position for on-campus houseparents at Milton Hershey School; provide daily supervision, mentorship, household routines, student wellness, transportation, devotional activities, budgeting, and reporting for approximately 8–13 students; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse employment (both spouses must complete individual employment applications)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
