Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist couple on-campus at Milton Hershey School; two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents residency in student homes (8–13 students per home) with daily supervision, mentorship, activities, devotions, budgeting, and reporting; nine days on / three off initially, then placed Houseparents in same student home; benefits include relocation assistance and paid training; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, no more than three dependent children, ability to lift 50 lbs, and driver’s license; on-site housing provided as part of compensation.
