Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on campus in student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, providing daily mentorship, household routines, and wellness support. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same student group. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training; housing and meals are included on duty. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to certify to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be at least 27 and legally married for two years.
