Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in Tropic, UT, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a work cycle of nine days on and three off; relocation assistance provided; requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to live in a student home while fostering a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
