Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and activities for groups of 8–13 students; responsibilities include administering medications, transportation, devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting; initially nine days on duty followed by three off, with eventual placement in a fixed house with the same students; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; requires two-year married couple, both aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED; valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
