Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents overseeing 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and daily care. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and progresses to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Both spouses must apply individually and be legally married for at least two years, with at least 27 years old per spouse.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Two-person employment with both spouses applying individually
