Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple) reside on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a home setting, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Relocation assistance is provided along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement options, paid time off, and driver-qualification training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Desire to serve in on-campus homes for 8–13 students
