Job Summary
Two-person on-campus caregiving role for Milton Hershey School: full-time Flex Houseparents live in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent. Responsibilities emphasize mentorship, development, and a stable, family-like home environment for students; relocation to Hershey, PA is required for both spouses.
