Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, household routines, medication administration, transportation for activities, and development-focused activities for 8–13 students. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, manage budgeting and household reporting, and follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. The position includes relocation assistance and paid training, comprehensive benefits, and requires both spouses to complete individual applications. Qualifications include youth-work experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with alcohol prohibited while on duty. This is a two-person role for legally married couples, with both spouses aged 27 or older and up to three dependent children in the home.
